Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 ounce Lemon Bacardi Rum
  • .5 ounce simple syrup
  • .5 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 lime
  • 1 ounce apple pucker schnapps
  • Topo Chico
  • 1 glass of ice

Equipment

  • beverage muddler
  • cocktail shaker

Method
 

  1. muddle the lime and mint leaves together in the shaker
  2. add the rest of ingredients to shaker, except Topo Chico
  3. shake for 10-15 seconds
  4. pour over ice in glass
  5. top off with Topo Chico and Enjoy!!
