  • 1 8 inch baking dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Revolution Spirits, Cafecito coffee liqueur
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/8 cup cream
  • Cacique Crema Mexican drizzle this yummy Crema on top

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 350, grease 8 inch pan or round 9 inch
  • whisk together dry ingredients, cut in butter to resemble course crumb
  • add egg, milk, and liqueur..it will be lumpy...put evenly in prepared pan
  • mix together topping ingredients, spread on top and slide a knife through a couple of times to incorporate into batter
  • bake for 25-30 minutes until batter isn't wet and is slightly firm, a knife through a couple of times to incorporate batter

  • mix liqueur and powdered sugar ingredients
  • in small bowl melt chocolate chips and cream for 30 second intervals stirring
  • drizzle on top of coffee cake, sprinkle chips on top
