A lovely cocktail on a warm afternoon
This is a delightfully refreshing recipe I borrowed from my Mom. It is sweet rum drink with a lovely minty apple pear flavor. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I have.
Pear Mojito
Equipment
- beverage muddler
- cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce Lemon Bacardi Rum
- .5 ounce simple syrup
- .5 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 lime
- 1 ounce apple pucker schnapps
- Topo Chico
- 1 glass of ice
Instructions
- muddle the lime and mint leaves together in the shaker
- add the rest of ingredients to shaker, except Topo Chico
- shake for 10-15 seconds
- pour over ice in glass
- top off with Topo Chico and Enjoy!!
